My name is Sanae.

I am here to help shape your leadership journey, personal or professional – in partnership with you, we can create or reestablish a hopeful future, and unleash your full potential.

Talking big, for the sake of human kind, we are in it together to generate and regenerate as many deep human connections as possible. It does not matter personal or professional. Only then we shall find meaning in our lives that will matter.

I truly believe my work through coaching will allow me to do just that. Partner up with people to make a real difference in the world, one person at a time, one journey at a time.

Leadership Journey

We live in a busy, busy world. So many things are happening and so many people are connected. So much success and wealth has been created. Yet we seem to experience this emptiness. What is really happening to us? To you?

We are born leaders. We all lead our own lives, being the hero of our own stories, going on different missions throughout our lives. Being leaders is not about whether or not we manage a team of people at an organization. Are we really leading the life we desire?

Where are you as a leader in your own journey? Where are you in relation to others? There is so much and so little going on out there in our world… but what is it worth, if we don’t lead it?

My Approach

Coaching is partnership. Learning is partnership. You own and lead your journey. Your coach or facilitator may help shape your destinations and your paths, remove blocks and hindrances, co-create actions and practices but you choose the direction we go, you drive the agenda.

I am not here to diagnose or repair you but to care deeply about your well-being and full potential. You are a whole person, just the way you are. My approach is to help you unpack your wisdom from various angles – body, emotions, energy, and stories, just to name a few. Through our work on the connected whole, you can expand your presence and leadership for your journey, present or future.
